“I gave this “mug” 5 stars, but not for it serving as a coffee mug, but rather instead as a decor canister for other items, like holding small wooden utensils, or wooden stir sticks for coffee—it is perfect. As for its functionality as a "coffee mug," it is far too awkward, HEAVY and cumbersome to hold with one hand (it has no handle), especially when containing a hot beverage. I have small, petite hands and I cannot support the weight of the mug using only one hand. In addition, I didn’t notice any appreciable difference in keeping the beverage warmer for a longer period of time. Finally, it is too high-maintenance to use as a coffee mug, as it can only be hand-washed (not dishwasher safe) and I got no time for that! For me, it feels unsafe to use as a coffee mug, but, again, I love the design and use for other purposes. After buying one, I purchased three more to use around the house as decor/container items. Re-brand it as a container/holder/canister.”
