“I received my replacement handle yesterday, installed it in a few minutes, and marveled at how well liquids poured out of the thermal carafe without sloshing down the sides and on to the table as with the carafe that had the original handle. This is a great company that listens to its customers. The only thing that would have made this fix better is if the company had offered it at no charge to those who purchased the pricey original carafe.”
