“The product was mislabeled. Now Ratio is charging me 50% of the purchase price to return it. This entire experience has soured me to this company. I've purchased several of the coffee makers as gifts and won't be doing so ever again.”
“I had been using a coffee cup to do just what this catcher is to do, however my ceramic dripper does not fit down into the rim of the catcher. After looking closely at the pictures on the RATIO site I see the dripper does not lay flat in the catcher either. I am guessing this is why you had these on sale at $5. I would have paid $10 for it if I knew it would work correctly.”
