I like that there is no plastic. However, when used with the ratio 6 there seems to be a potential issue with overflowing if more than 5 cups are brewed at once

I dropped my Dripper and it smashed it into multiple pieces. I immediately reordered a new piece. I did not expect it to be so fragile. As far as it usefuleness it is is great. Originally I bought Ratio 8 in 2020 with a Glass Carafe and later in 2023 I added Metal Carafe with the Dripper. Both glass and metal work great. Happy with the Machine.

STILL WONDERING WHAT THE BEST FILTER IS? LOVE IT!

Quite frankly, this should be made of a non-breakable material. It is too easy to break when rinsing it in the sink. I’m on my third one.

Because this is made of ceramic, it can break if it slips out of your hand while you’re rinsing it off. Otherwise, this does exactly what it is supposed to do.

The dripper works well, but sits a little wobbly on the Ratio six. Still worth a purchase to be able to avoid paper filters! Thanks so much!
