They’re just a bit too tall for the glass carafe. They work fine, but it’s not really a luxe experience

These filters are very thin and not well suited for the Ratio 8. When you pre-wet them, there is not enough structure to hold the shape of the filter and they fall thorugh the carafe. Not really developed for the Ratio 8, but rather a dripper sold by Fellow (Stagg XF) which has a bottom to support this shape. Threw my money away of this one.

Alan, sorry to hear this was your experience! We thought they were fine for brewing on the Eight as long as you don't put more than 70 grams of coffee in for a full batch, and sometimes you have to hold the filter with your fingertips while adding coffee; then the bulk of the coffee should hold it in place. We are offering these as an emergency replacement for Chemex filters which tend to run out of stock frequently. We are refunding your order for filters + shipping today. Thanks for letting us know!
