“Excellent rate for shipping back my Ratio for repair. Ordering process & updates could be improved. Placed order for the shipping label, received receipt. But no info on next steps on how to get or to print the label. After 2-3 days I finally received an email with the label attached. I suggest adding wording on the receipt or order page to set expectation for the timing as a label seems simple and something that could be immediate. Obviously that’s not the case.”
