“Thank you for sending the free Ratio Six replacement lid. After having used it fr several weeks, I can say that the pour is noticeably improved over the original lid (which very messy and unacceptable). However, it is still a fairly sloppy pour and just not consistent with the quality of the rest of the product. For the long-term benefit of Ratio, I would suggest continuing to redesign the carafe and lid until you achieve a product that deliver a consistent, smooth pour.”
“My husband and I didn’t notice any change with the new style lid. Still pours very messy. We tried to look at the spout and inside both and look to be the same lid. Love the look of the coffee machine, but we are sad about the messy pour for a $300 spent.”
