Ready to give up on the Ratio coffee maker because it leaked every time you poured. This lid should have been sent as a replacement to everyone who purchased one with the original lid.

New lid is fine. I should not have had to pay for a replacement. Original leaked after 6 months. Very poor design and quality.

I love the coffee maker..I think the lid should have some way of twisting on and off without having to use the spout as I think that js why it bends out of shape and stop closing fully.

I received the replacement lid and its so much better than the first one. The original one I had must have been defective because it never poured the coffee right without getting on the countertop. The new designed lid works as it should without the mess. So I give it a five stars. But for the excellent customer service I received from the Ratio team I give them 10 stars! Sent and email regarding my lid and within minutes they responded and new one was on the way! Thanks Ratio!!

This lid is very poor. I'm on my second one and the problem isn't the manufacturing but in the design. It doesn't seal properly. Coffee leaks out all over the place. Unless the lid is redesigned I would recommend not purchasing this product. If I could get a refund, I would.
