“I have the updated carafe lid and I have noticed no differences from the original. Neither seems to pour well, splatters when pouring so I just take the whole cap off to pour. My coffee is also not staying very hot? Still, Ratio Six does make an excellent cup of coffee!”
“The lid for my Ratio 6 seems to have an issue. It’s the second time I’ve called in. The Customer Service Team is great though and replaced it, no problem. Excellent service.”
“Had to get a replacement because the lid “plunger” got misaligned and created a turbulent pour that left a puddle of coffee on my counter each cup. I love the machine and coffee final product (most important!) but the carafe and lid design could use an upgrade. Big up to Sandy who was most responsive to my concerns and sent me a new lid, no questions asked.”
