“I received the replacement lid and its so much better than the first one. The original one I had must have been defective because it never poured the coffee right without getting on the countertop. The new designed lid works as it should without the mess. So I give it a five stars. But for the excellent customer service I received from the Ratio team I give them 10 stars! Sent and email regarding my lid and within minutes they responded and new one was on the way! Thanks Ratio!!”
“This lid is very poor. I'm on my second one and the problem isn't the manufacturing but in the design. It doesn't seal properly. Coffee leaks out all over the place. Unless the lid is redesigned I would recommend not purchasing this product. If I could get a refund, I would.”

“I have the updated carafe lid and I have noticed no differences from the original. Neither seems to pour well, splatters when pouring so I just take the whole cap off to pour. My coffee is also not staying very hot? Still, Ratio Six does make an excellent cup of coffee!”

“Had to get a replacement because the lid “plunger” got misaligned and created a turbulent pour that left a puddle of coffee on my counter each cup. I love the machine and coffee final product (most important!) but the carafe and lid design could use an upgrade. Big up to Sandy who was most responsive to my concerns and sent me a new lid, no questions asked.”
