“Great customer service. The original lid was leaking and the machine was a gift, and I did not have the warranty. Ratio replaced the lid anyway and the new one does not leak. Thank you.”
“Not a fan of the design of the lid and thermal carafe of the Ratio Six. It doesn’t pour well at all and leaks much of the time. I’d prefer a less complicated design like on the Moccamaster thermal carafe with no lid or button to push and just a small piece you screw in to keep the heat in.”

“When we first used the new top it was doing the splatter pour thing but the next day it settled down and has been pouring without a mess! Hope it keeps up the smooth pour because we love everything else about our machine!”
“It’s fine... After looking at the old one v. the new one they look, and poor identically. It’s not my carafe for a couple of reasons. The coffee seems to kind of spit and sputter out of the opening, especially when you get to the bottom of the coffee. A possible solution to the may be to make a more pointed spout. Just a thought. Other than that it performs like it should.”
