“I have not had the Ratio Six long enough to use the wash so I can't comment on how well it does or does not work. The filters work great. I just put it on the scale and weigh out the beans for the grinder.”
“The reason for this rating is I never received them! I ordered the Ratio coffee pot 5/4/2020 and forgot to order the filters too. So I thought if I contacted someone from your company they would send them out to me without me having to pay $7.00 shipping for an $8.00 item. However that didn’t happen so I ordered them on 5/12/2020. 15 days later still no filters!!!
And…. To make matters worse I had to buy “other” filters so I can use the pot…so I really didn’t need to spend 15.00 to get filters from you.

Hey Linda! We've sent you some emails directly about this, but we have sent a second packet of filters to you and it looks like the original packet was just delayed by USPS, so you should have two packets now. Please advise anything else we can do and sorry for the delay on your filters!
