“Would never know it’s refurbished and not brand new. Makes the best tasting coffee of any maker I’ve ever had/used. Looks super sleek and everything is easy to use and clean. Quality craftsmanship and I have high hopes for its durability.”
“The unit is great. Makes really good coffee -nice and hot. Like the ease of all the parts, well thought out. Cleans up easily and unit looks great doing nothing as well. Thanks Ratio, well satisfied with the purchase. Might have to get another one for another house!”
“The ratio six is easy to use, precise, and ruggedly built. This is exactly what I was looking for to replace my time-consuming manual pour over method. Definitely recommended.”
“I bought an Ratio 6 in February of 2020 and had issues with the on/off sensor button from the first day. I reached out to customer service and was told to just make sure my plug was pushed in until it clicks. Everyday it took numerous times to get my machine to start. Finally end of July the sensor button fell off entirely. I reached out to customer service again and Brett and I came to an agreement. I now have a refurbished machine that works like a charm everyday. My only regret is that I should have continued my frustration with my initial machine and not had to wait over a year to get the most delicious cup of coffee without any hassle. Thank you”
“We are enjoying our Ratio Six coffee and that seems to be the ultimate test. The coffee is excellent and noticeably improved from our Brim auto pour-over (FCM 1613) brewer. The coffeemaker is clearly the difference since we are still grinding the same coffee bean brands. Our “refurbished” Ratio Six appears to be brand new. It is great to actually enjoy our coffee again. Had not realized just how poor our coffee quality had become until we tasted cups of coffee from our new Ratio Six. Thank you Ratio for a return to good coffee at home!”
“In good condition. Not stainless, rather white. I don’t love the design of this model, though the craft keeps the coffee much hotter than does our Ratio 8. The rubber lid that goes atop the coffee grinds is pretty clunky - not easy to get in/out. Again, this is all in comparison to Ratio 8.”
