“Love it. Looks great, works great, so simple and beautiful. My only admittedly nit picky feedback would be regarding the spout of the pitcher. Sometimes it doesn’t pour out in the most perfect stream. I feel like it has to do with how full the pitcher is and how far over it tilts. But it only happens sometimes so it’s not even worth taking a star away. This machine has really improved my work from home situation as someone mentioned in a blog. Five stars.”
“Hello! We do love our Ratio Six. A few minor issues you may want to consider: The electrical plug too easily falls out of the back of the unit. The carafe does not keep the coffee as hot as long as we had hoped it would. I'm concerned the lid may suffer wear and tear and break the way you have to turn/screw it to open and close it. Lastly, the opening to pour in the fesh water is an odd shape. If you don't pour it from just the right angle, water goes everywhere. Ever consider making a coffee bean burr grinder as well? Hard to find a good one that doesn't cost a small fortune. Overall, we love the coffee we are able to make with our new Ratio.”
Thanks for the feedback, Grace! A few things:
1. The electrical cord is designed to work with the receptacle in the Six, and you have to push until you hear a click. It's probably a harder push than expected - and we're adding a decal to call this out on future production runs!
2. The coffee should be hot for 2-3 hours (but 'hot' is subjective) - if you notice the thermal carafe dewar is warm or hot to the touch, it may have lost the vacuum seal and need to be replaced under our warranty policy. Let us know!

but I think the heat shield over the coffee filter was an after thought. You have to make sure it is secured around the drip head or you will have water all over the counter. Makes great coffee though. The carafe only keeps coffee hot for about 2 hours.”
“I recently upgraded from a premium Keurig to the Ratio Six, and I have absolutely no regrets. I bought the refurbished model, but it looks and works like new to me.
In the 2-3 weeks I've owned the Ratio, it has made consistently excellent pour-over coffee in a very short amount of time. It's incredibly easy to use, and I like that it is more environmentally friendly than K-cups.
I like my coffee cold, so I typically brew a full batch and store it in the fridge. Even after 3 or 4 days, the coffee from the Ratio Six tastes fresh and delicious.
I'm thoroughly impressed by this coffee maker and would highly recommend for anyone looking for great tasting coffee that's also easy to make.”
