“It is more than I expected. It makes delicious coffee and keeps it hot. I am a Chemex pour over girl but I will not go back to it. It is quiet and cleans up easily. I don’t have anything negative to say about it.”

Hey Ruth! We're hoping to minimize this lip on future carafes. Be sure to turn it over before opening up the pour spout and let the coffee settle near the spout. Thanks for your feedback!
“We are loving our Ratio Six. It looks gorgeous on my counter, but more importantly it brews delicious coffee. The carafe keeps it warm for most of the morning, a huge plus for this homeschooling mom.
My only critique is it will say it is ready before the water on the grounds has finished dripping through (I'm guessing because the water reservoir is empty?). Which resulted in a mess a couple times. But the fact that it NEVER BEEPS AT ME more than makes up for it and all I have to do is listen for the drip to stop. I have enough noise in this house and I am loving having a quiet appliance.
Did I mention it brews delicious coffee? They weren't lying when they said it's batista level. This is one of the best purchases we have ever made.”
