“Coffee doesn't stay hot in the stainless carafe, and we miss having a glass carafe to see how much coffee is left. Other than that, we're happy with the overall look and performance!”
“This machine is amazing. It has simplified my morning routine and beautified my coffee station. The reason I've given it 4 stars is that the brew method included sucks. It makes bad coffee. The glass carafe was a great addition. I've also just set my Hario V60 on the metal carafe with great results. Overall I'm very happy and would buy it again.”
“I am still on the fence - I like the design and our first brew was very good. However, I find it a little frustrating that there was a sticker on the handle of the carafe that left a sticky residue on the handle when I removed it. For such an expensive design, if you need to put a sticker on the unit, I wish you had opted for one that came off cleanly without leaving residue behind! Time will tell if the coffee continues to be superior to a regular coffee maker.”
