“The paper filter gets wet and falls through if there’s not enough coffee grounds in it and then it overflows when trying to make 5 cups or more. In addition the water doesn’t seem to get hot enough. I would send it back and get a refund if I still had the box. This was so very expensive and it’s the most stressful cup of coffee I’ve ever had to make.”
“We opened the box, prepared for coffee, put water in, plugged it in and it never turned on, no lights, no sound, no nothing. The button doesn’t even have any give to it. Filled out the return request form with video and after hitting submit , nothing happens. I can’t contact the company via phone because apparently they are not available on weekends. Very disappointing.”
