“Very nice carafe. The lid design is much better and easier to clean than the previous version. Pouring coffee is better too, although the first pour of a full pot can overshoot one’s cup if not careful. Overall, a big improvement over the Series 1 model!”
“Tried the v2, not a huge improvement over v1. I reverted back to using the glass carafe and then pour into a better thermal carafe after brewing. This method works best for our needs. I hoped to avoid the extra step, but Ratio stainless carafe version 2 is still an inferior solution.”

“Vast improvement over the original carafe. Getting the last bit of coffee out still involves some awkward dripping but minimal compared to the prior iteration. Dinging one star because there really should be a way to have the lid secure and the pour spout closed, as designed the spout is either open or the lid is loose.”
