“I love the look of it and the ease of the lid! Better than the previous one. The spout pours nicer with less dripping. But I’d like to see that you could move the lid even farther to actually “close” it so the coffee stays hotter longer. But otherwise it’s great! Love my Ratio!”
“It’s better but I still have to reheat my coffee after the first cup. Probably something that can never be fixed. Otherwise I like that other updates!!”
“A clear improvement on the design. Pours smoothly and without the old style plug and lever there’s no moving parts to fail. The rubber plug on my old one broke somehow, the little stem part that anchors it to the lid came apart and I stopped using the lid completely. Good work from the designers and engineers.”
“The new carafe is a major upgrade. We are now able to pour our coffee without the dribbling issues the original had. It is also fantastic to be able to get my hand into the carafe so it can be thoroughly cleaned.”
