“It makes an excellent cup of coffee just like our Ratio 8. My only complaint is that there are so many parts to it and they are fairly large. Yet, there is no way for this unit to overflow as we have experienced with the Ratio 8. Of course, the main thing is brewing an excellent cup of coffee. I am nitpicking here, but too many parts.”
