“Excellent machine! I really like it's modern style. Out of the box I rinsed it off, ran water through it (no grinds), then used the exact same bean, roast, grind that I had been using that week and it was like a whole different flavor...better, smoother, richer. I love it! Yes, a bit pricey, but if you're looking to replace an old machine (mine was a $17.99 Mr. Coffee that I had had for 15 years - I know right), then you've got to try this. The stainless steel thermal pot keeps coffee warm for 2 - 3 hours. That's plenty enough time to drink what you've conservatively made for the amount of people consuming. For instance, don't make a full pot for just yourself and expect it to hold temperature all day long. And, I did not notice any odd/altered flavor because of the stainless steel design. My only [very minor] complaint is that the handle of my pot is slanted just a hair, causing it to not line up perfectly with the basket holder...probably a hole that was slightly off when was being built. My OCD kicked in... But, the whole thing is a very solid design, and I'd like to see this small business soar to higher levels. Highly recommend!”
