“I used to do pourovers at home but would always want a second cup later in the morning. This is the perfect option for me as it blooms my grounds first and brews more cups of coffee the way I like it. I love my Ratio Six and would recommend it to anyone.”
“I'll start by saying that the Six makes the best cup of coffee I've ever had. 5-stars on that front. That said, the carafe lid leaks - badly - and until that gets fixed I'd rate it 4-stars.”
“This is the most beautiful coffee maker I’ve ever owned, and on top of that it makes better drip coffee than any I’ve had. I used to only drink French-pressed coffee or pour over and this has been a game changer for me! Love the aesthetic, the simple instructions, and the minimal packaging.”
“Very happy with my new coffee maker. Love the very modern design. Makes delicious coffee! Looks great on my countertop. The only thing that I can say that I would change would be the lid on the carafe. I have a problem not being able to get all of the coffee out of the pot. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase.”
“Overall great coffee maker. Noticeable difference in quality of coffee. As others have commented, the carafe needs work with regards to the pouring function. Any tips or pointers on making the pour a better experience would be greatly appreciated.”
“Being the smaller unit of the two, the Ratio Six is still a tall and large coffee maker that will take a lot of countertop space. Given its height, it's hard to position it on a countertop that has cabinets hanging above it to allow it vent. I was hoping I could brew single cup brews given that a cup is technically five ounces on this machine. This machine requires you to brew at least two cups, and requires 17 ounces of water due to the bloom process. If I knew that, I wouldn't have bought it. Expect to use a lot coffee based off their measurements. Also, make sure you're aware that the free return policy requires you pay for return shipping which will cost you $25, and you'll want to keep all the packaging. I would recommend buying your own filters because the ones that come with it are garbage.”
