“The 3 piece stack of carafe, filter basket, and heat shield can be a little clunky to insert and remove but the machine makes excellent coffee. I also really like the versatility it gives in brew methods. You can use the standard flat bottom basket, the Chemex-style glass carafe, or the thermal carafe and dripper. The fact that it looks nice and is well made makes this the best drip brewer I've owned. Very pleased overall. I paired it with a Fellow Ode grinder.”
