“Makes absolutely delicious coffee, and it looks great on the counter top. Only negative is the pouring ability, it’s near impossible not to have small dribbles of coffee spill when pouring, especially with the thermal tip attached. Would definitely still buy again though.”
“Carafe is very good at maintaining heat. I have a problem with pour spout, hard to pour without spattering and dripping. Coffee that drips collects in the recesses where the two materials meet, white area and black area resulting in rings of brown dried coffee. Ratio 8 with metal container has a nice curve to spout and pours well, though doesn’t keep heat in as this one does.”

“This is our second carafe because the first had an issue with the thermal seal. That’s what this review is about for me — the customer service was amazing!! The issue was persisting and we thought it was just always going to be messy, when I noticed that the coffee wasn’t just dripping, it was dripping from between the upper piece and the body of the carafe. I got in touch with customer service and asked if there was a solution. All that was asked of me was to send my shipping information and a new carafe was on its way that same day. I didn’t expect it to go so well. The new carafe is working great with no dripping! Ratio should be proud of the experience they create for their customers — from the purchasing, to the customer service, and for the best home brewed coffee I’ve ever tasted!
