“I have a white coffee maker. The white lamination partially separated from the handle and when I called your Customer Service Dept, it was suggested that this would occur if it were placed in a dishwasher. I was not aware of this. Normally, I only rinse and wipe but occasionally it's been put in our dishwasher. I'm not sure this was the cause, although I don't know. I love the coffee maker regardless.”
