“The quality of the brew is as much better than a regular drip coffee maker as advertised. Pouring from the crave is also as difficult as reviewers have mentioned.
The machine does change to “Ready” when a good amount of coffee is still making it’s way to the carafe- really the only complaint.”
“The spout on the carafe is pretty terrible. Other than that, this machine makes excellent coffee and each day I’m in doubt as to whether I made the coffee with my Chemex or it came from a drip machine! So happy!”

I was so excited with this coffee maker and the reviews said it was the best but one month into owning it the black paint on the metal piece where the water passes through to bloom the coffee grounds is bubbling up the black paint where the water hits it. (I wish I could post a photo). I keep pulling paint chips and no longer feel safe using this machine. I am very disappointed!”
