“Absolutely in love with this machine. Lots of thoughtful details in the functional details of the design and it looks beautiful on the counter. And best of all, makes an excellent (and hot!) cup of coffee. Only wish would be optional wheels or something to help the machine better slide out from under the cabinet. We got some off Amazon but they don’t thoughtfully integrate into the overall design.”
“The machine makes excellent coffee and is simple to use. Can’t give 5 stars here because the gripes James Hoffmann makes are accurate. The carafe pouring experience is a poor design and the markings on the side of the tank are inaccurate. His review was well over a year ago so I was surprised to see that these issues had not already been addressed. I’d like to see an update made available on both the carafe and tank in which customers can choose to upgrade. This machine is really great, so fix these problems and it’s a 5 star machine no doubt.”
“For the price I would not expect as much condensation to form around the top of the machine, dripping down and causing a puddle of water to form. It brews a good cup of coffee and keeps it hot, but for $300 you expect, more.”
