Worked in specialty coffee for 10yrs and this brewer combats my best pour overs. Solid machine.

Mostly very positive. Great taste, coffee stays warm, easy to use, and looks great. A little surprised by the lack thought (testing?) that went into the spout design and pouring. It’s clumsy and surprisingly difficult to pour coffee. It becomes more awkward after pouring a cup or two. The coffee pot needs to be rotated to a ridiculous angle - almost upside-down. Hoping a better design will sort out this issue in the future. Glad to be supporting an Oregon based business. Cheers

Makes a great cup of coffee every time. Before I got this, I made a pour over on a Kalita Wave whenever I wanted good drip coffee. This makes just as good of a cup with 90% less effort.

An awesome machine, but ultimately flawed by the carafe system. I ended up returning it. The water tank, heating unit, shower head, one-button start, and build quality is fantastic. The huge flaw is the carafe design. The brew basket is fine (if a bit small), the heat shield could be redesigned (too many parts and flicks water at you). The carafe itself is bulky, but the big flaw is YOU CAN NEVER POUR ALL THE LIQUID OUT. Even turning the carafe completely upside down does not pour all the liquid out. Finally, the carafe lid is the worst design I've come across. It's unneccessarily complicated (literally a 'dumb' lid would be better): it doesn't screw on well, you're not supposed to push the button until after tipping (because it leaks!), and it traps old water/coffee in the lid to ruin your next batch. A great machine but ultimately too flawed. It's a frustrating experience when I want a fantastic experience making coffee in the morning. If v2 could fix the carafe system, I'd happily buy it again. To their credit, customer service was responsive and allowed for a return.
