“I never got to try it since it arrived defective. As far as I can tell from the vague blinking lights and manual, the machine has a sensor to detect the orientation of the carafe, and I suspect that was broken.
Even though I wasn’t able to use it, I could tell I wasn’t gonna like it. The carafe drips when poured, has an annoying lid, and you can’t pour everything out of it. The funky stacking carafe and brew basket is too much to deal with as well.”
“It's a simple functioning machine that produces excellent coffee. The lack of buttons and choices is refreshing. I'm very pleased with the brewing method and the resulting coffee. The five-year warranty is also an exception to the norm.”
“I can easily and honestly say this was worth every penny! I already loved my coffee, but the Ratio Six takes it to a whole new level. I wake up honestly excited to get that first cup. Highly recommended!”
“I would rate it a 4.5. I love it and everything about is great, the look, the cup it produces, it's wonderful. The only thing I have against it is its a little messy to pour. Intuitively I want to push the lever down and then pour but when I do that it makes a mess. I know you guys say to pour then push the lever but it still makes a mess, other than that fantastic product!”
“This is a great pour over system for your home. No more paying $6 a cup for the same type at the local coffee shop. The coffee stays warm too in the pot. Easy to use, high quality materials. The pouring needs to be done by tipping the pot first then pressing the release button. If you don’t do that, it may not pour as smooth. That is the only thing that I would say about the machine— but the taste is why I got it. Highly recommend.”
“I am very impressed. I like the look and quality of this coffeemaker. Solidly built. Makes seriously great coffee. My only issue is the carafe cover. It’s sturdy but tough to turn or seal with hands that aren’t as strong as they used to be. That’s the one thing I would change. Yes it works well, but I struggle with turning it.”
