“Love the machine. Had a little trouble with the connection strength on the back of the device, it is a little loose and can easily disconnect. Other than that, very happy with the quality of the machine, the brew, and the overall look and size. Glad to own a Ratio Six!”
“Have brewed for a week and despite experimenting with the amount of grounds, it hasn’t matched the flavor of our previous machine. Tomorrow we will try a courser grind and hopefully it’s better, otherwise will return.”
