“I roast my own beans and the Ratio 6 perfectly complements my set up. The coffee is outstanding. Never going back to pour-over. The taste and convenience was worth the switch.”
“It's a beautiful machine. All the materials feel great, and they look great on the counter. User experience is also top notch besides one issue that I'll get to in a moment. I love how easy it is to screw the carafe lid on compared to other brands. Small details like the simple cover for the water tank, the extra thermal cover for the filter basket, the one button start.
My only issue is pouring the coffee out of the carafe. The first couple cups you pour will come out great, steady small stream right into the cup, zero cleanup required. After that when you go to pour it's like the carafe is vomiting out the coffee, super wide stream that splashes around, and drips down the sides. I've found that tilting the carafe all the forward before opening has helped, but it still comes out a bit messy. I'll be on the lookout for any future carafe/spout redesigns.”
“I would love if you could select half pot even if the water reservoir is full, I have a bad habit of filling it all the way the night before and then only wanting half. Also would love if the entire brew basket was metal, for the price it would be nice to have no plastic parts. Really just bought this for aesthetics as it does look absolutely beautiful on the counter.”
“I love the Ratio Six! The matte black looks so sleek on my kitchen counter. I'm able to replicate my order from one of my favorite coffee shops in the Bay Area with their beans (Philz Coffee). I will say that pouring the coffee into a cup does get kind of messy but it doesn't overthrow the fact that every cup of coffee is beyond delicious. One downside is that the instructional stickers left a residue on my products and it looks a bit noticeable but it doesn't bother me much! Overall - the Ratio Six is a G A M E C H A N G E R!”
