I am mostly very pleased with my new Ratio 6, The coffee is always very hot. The set up and pouring is very easy. I'm getting good results with my brews. My only problem has been with either the power switch or power plug. Often the machine will not turn on until I jiggle the power cord or repeatedly touch the switch. I'm not sure where the problem lies. Once on, the machine works well.

The Ratio Six is the best "drip" coffee maker I've tried. It even comes close to pour over and although I still prefer the cup I get from Aeropress, this is great when I need a full pot of delicious coffee. Highly recommended!

Everything is great, except that carafe spout - it’s dripping all over. I don’t even know how that went through QA

Looks great, I enjoy the thermal carafe (take to living room & easy to refill our cups there), but the inner lip does cause it spill liquid without the top screwed on. Others have pointed this out. A bit more clunky with more parts to play with/clean/store than my Technivorm, coffee seems equal

Very classy looking machine that produces an outstanding cup of coffee. I have had the Ratio Six for a week and have brewed full and partial pots using coffees from Guatemala, Papua New Guinea, and Ethiopia and in all cases the results have been excellent.

Coffee made is very good. No ability to program auto on/off in the morning (not even with a smart plug since there is no on/off switch). Lots of parts involved when you're half asleep in the morning wanting a cup of coffee. The carafe works well, but pouring cleanly takes some getting used to.
