“Good coffee and a pleasure to use. High quality materials and very simple operation. Could be improved by adding a weighted rubber base to the brew pot tray which feels incongruously flimsy in comparison to the rest of the product and slides around on the counter.”

“The coffee is great, but the bottom of the carafe is not sealed at the seam and water gets trapped inside this space when you are washing it. You can hear the trapped water sloshing around and it will drip intermittently from the bottom at the seam while pouring coffee. There is no way to drain it. This is a design flaw I would not have expected to encounter given your company’s reputation. I hope there is a design upgrade in the works.”
