“Still dribbles, pour is messy and does not solve the problem of the original poor design. Very disappointed. Now I have two carafe that don’t live up to the standard of the rest of the machine. Really guys. I thought you fixed this.”
“This Carafe Series 2 is excellent. It is a lower profile than the original, and easy to twist the lid on. The pour is easy and smooth. I am marking this as 5 star, excellent but will say I am disappointed the original Carafe was so poorly designed that I had to buy a new one in order to get a proper pour. Great coffee!”
