“Love the ratio 6 coffee so I am willing to put up with the Thermal carafe. The lid is extremely different to clean, and to put on to get a good pour. The spout drips and unless you pour at the correct angle it is a mess. While there are videos to get the correct pour angle you had better be spot on. That said the carafe keeps the coffee warm for hours and the units makes a terrific cup of coffee, which it should considering how expensive it is. Hope a redesign is in the works.”
“I want to give this carafe more stars but the bottom arrived off and I snapped it back in place. It does the job but I don’t think it’s worth $75. I bought it because we have the Ratio coffee maker with the glass carafe. My husband purchased it but the coffee cools off rather quickly. I’d have a cup and come back to a cold pot of coffee. The brand is quite $$$ and I’m not sold.”

“I think it's the best carafe that I've seen in years. I "married" to another machine,a Bonavita where I was having problems with the carafe and lid. This keeps the coffee remarkably hot, even without "curing" it with hot water, prior to brewing.
The handle and pour are excellent. You get nearly all of the coffee out. The mouth is wide enough that I can get my hands inside and clean it with a sponge.
The color goes with the black accents of my machine. They didn't have the stainless steel available. I'm not complaining. It suits my needs.”
