“I bought the Ratio 8 to eliminate chemicals in my coffee. The machines were on back order and I had to wait a really long time ( almost 3 months) for my order to be filled. During this time, I received several emails just so I would know that I was not forgotten and that the company was working hard to fill my order. My machine arrived and it is beautiful. It is easy to use, easy to clean, and it makes a delicious cup of coffee. There is no mechanism to keep the coffee hot once it is brewed so I suggest brewing the amount you know you will drink.
