We own restaurants / hospitality company and to be honest the 15 minutes that it no longer takes for us to do our pour-over, etc is a life changer…THANK YOU RATIO”
“I live the Ratio Eight. One suggestion that I do have is to include an option for a flat plug behind the unit as the coffeemaker sits too far out in my counter due to the plug that is included with the unit. I’ve searched for a flat female part but have not been successful. That is the only negative thing about the coffee maker other than the plug and a heating element to keep the coffee hot after brewing.”
“The power cable doesn’t allow the machine to be tucked all the way against the wall. It would have been nice if the cable was of to one side vs directly in the back. Also the coffee isn’t that hot. A future machine would be nice if it had a heating element underneath the pot. Overall the machine is the best looking machine on the market and I don’t regret spending the money. I feel like with those two issues addressed it can’t be beat.”
