“Unfortunately the Ratio 8 thermal set arrived after a 6+ month wait, and did not work due to a faulty carafe/thermos period and it came with a faulty carafe/thermos (magnet issue). I have since received a glass carafe but not able to try it yet as I am out of town. Very disappointing.”
“The ceramic filter holder that you provide is too small. To make. A full pot of coffee it creates spill overs. You should provide a larger one. I bought one and adjusted it to fit the machine and now it works perfectly.”

-Consider how to keep the carafe and coffee warm beyond filling it with hot water (although this does work well)
-Consider making the entire coffee maker smaller as it does take up a lot of space on the counter (but it's beautiful to look at).
