“Where do I begin? 1) Coffee barely stays hot, this is with the thermal vacuum coffee pot and “preheating” both the coffee pot and the mug with boiling water; 2) Only have lines for half full and full on the water reservoir (what if I want 5 cups?); 3) the lines for half and full on the water reservoir are located so you cannot see them from the front - you have to turn the entire coffee maker sideways while filling it with water; 4) white coffee maker, giant black cord; 5) After several weeks of use, I can’t seem to get the right equilibrium of water to coffee grounds correct….brew is eh. So much work for every brew and only adequate to below adequate coffee. Terrible value for the money. Wish I bought a mocha master.”
