“Overflows the basket during brew cycle. Makes a terrible mess. Insulated Kraft is poorly designed. Very hard to pour coffee out of it.
It does however make a good tasting cup of coffee.”
“Cool looking coffee maker but in my opinion has 2 flaws; 1 - filter easily overflows despite numerous attempts to get the right amount and granularity of coffee based on instructions; 2- no heating element in the base (unless you drink the freshly made coffee right as it's brewed it get cold very quickly - they now make an insulated carafe that might help). I really wanted to love this coffee machine but we've already gone back to the other single serving pod coffee maker as we don't have time in the morning to babysit the brewing process.”

The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is because the chord is rather thick and hard to "hide" on the counter.”
