“The quality is top notch. One minor design tweak I would recommend is angling the top reservoir where you pour in water just slightly. There's no reason for that to be completely flat. It will hold water if you don't pour perfectly. I have noticed that the tank tends to hold a varying amount of water post brew. Sometimes around half an inch deep. Since we use the machine daily (sometimes twice), I don't really see this as an issue. If you used the machine intermittently though that could be a concern.
Overall this was an excellent purchase and something we look forward to using every morning.”

Thank you for the review! The fill area actually has very little room to be sloped due to the glass supply lines - but we will keep this in mind for future iterations!
