“The Ratio 8 Thermal Set bundle is a terrific pour-over package and a terrific value. Everything — grinder, scale, filter, coffee maker (and canister) — works flawlessly and results in an exceptional cup of coffee, with the added benefit of a beautiful design.
I have one small quibble: the thermal carafe is just not easy to pour from, esp with the lid on, so immediately after brewing, I empty it into an old thermal carafe I’ve used for years, which keeps the coffee piping hot and is easy to pour. This is by no means a deal breaker, as the solution is simple, but perhaps a redesign is in order (?).
