“The long awaited Ratio Eight has far surpassed my expectations. It brews great coffee every morning! The sleek designs add beauty to our kitchen and really make it look like a piece of coffee art rather than a coffee machine. The only minor complaint I have is the start button is sometimes finicky and doesn’t always sense the push to start the machine. It sometimes takes a few presses to finally start. But regardless, I’m very happy with the new Ratio Eight Thermal!”
“Very happy with the quality of the coffee maker and the quality of the coffee it makes, the design, the materials and the looks.
The only thing I would have liked to have extra is to be able to keep the heating plate of the coffee maker “on” after the coffee is made in order to pour warm coffee from the carafe even after hours the coffee has been brewed!

“I love this coffee maker. The coffee is truly remarkable. I am following the directions to a 'T.' I will say I broke my coffee dripper this morning by dropping it which is annoying so the rule of thumb is 'be careful.' Oh and one more note, this coffee maker takes slightly longer to brew but nothing annoying.”
