“There’s nothing to review, I placed an order on a July 11th, out of all the customizable options the walnut / oyster was the only combo that showed as available and not a pre-order. I followed up with an email later in the month to check the status, was told it should be ready by the end of August. Now we’re into September and I follow up with another email, when is this going to be ready? I was told there was a supply issue and that I wouldn’t see this until mid-October. Again I waited, but sadly I requested a refund earlier this month of October after waiting close to three months too long. Perhaps a more available color combo could’ve been offered? Leaving an excellent review for the promptness of communication, no hassle refund, and how I imagined this machine would work for our family. Will consider ordering again if something is readily available, still don’t have a coffee maker, we’ve been using a Chemex pour over since our cheapo machine broke in June, which I refuse to purchase another throw away coffee maker.”

Indeed, this has been a challenging year for us to get enough Ratio coffee makers produced! The strong growth we've experienced has put a lot of challenges on our supply chain, but we're optimistic that we're just a few weeks away from having the Ratio Eight available to ship right away in a few of our most popular colors. You should have received an offer to switch your order to a white Eight which is estimated to ship Nov 2-6. Look out for some announcements soon when the Ratio Eight is ready for immediate shipment.
