“The carafe itself looks very nice and feels well built and made of high quality materials. But due to the internal shape of the carafe the pour quality is a bit awkward and less than ideal. It also arrived having a pretty strong odor both within the carafe and the especially from the heat lid. I washed everything out thoroughly a few times and then let it dry, but a slight odor still remains. For the price, I wanted to the user experience to be a bit more polished and well thought out. Honestly, I considered returning the item for a refund, but I guess decided it was just good enough, but wouldn’t really recommend it to friends.”

This is my first ever pour over coffee pot to own. My husband thinks its to much trouble but I wanted a safe alternative to plastics. A drip is what we have always owned and the other alternative would be percolator. I have been looking for a while when one day I got an email about your refurbished pots. I took you up on it and when it arrived, just as many of the reviews said “I don't see anything wrong with it”. The following morning I made my first pot of coffee and I have to say it was delicious. There is a difference in taste! My husband still thinks its to much trouble but me, I enjoy the time making it, it’s kind of meditative.
