“We really wanted to love the Ratio but the coffee just does not stay hot enough for it to be a part of your morning routine. We ordered the carafe and hoped that would help but it doesn’t really make any difference. In order for it not to make the coffee even cooler, you have to 1st preheat the carafe with hot water. In the end, it was just too much work for lukewarm coffee.”
