“The carafe is perfect! The Dropper is a bit too tall for use with the paper filters and thus you have to bend the filter to fit. Otherwise, this item is perfect! Keeps the coffee hot and ready to go!”
“Disappointed that the carafe dripped from the next on delivery. While I learned this was fixable I found that removing the top section from the bottom section is not easy leading to damaged paint on the body of the carafe.”

First, spending another $125 on this carafe frankly kept me from returning my Ratio 8.
Yes, while your coffee maker makes an excellent cup of coffee and is beautiful, it CANNOT keep even half a glass carafe warm long enough to drink it. That is sad, frankly for a $600 coffee maker.
WITH the carafe, it now actually WORKS! So, you really, really need to INCLUDE the Thermal Carafe in the price.”
