“Bought this to replace the horrible original carafe for the 6, even after reading some negative reviews saying it didn’t work well with the 6. It works perfectly, and the dripper with chemex filters made an exceptionally better brew than the original set up. It doesn’t spill over unless you put too much water in, and I’ve had zero issues with the machine registering the presence of a carafe and not brewing. Well worth the money to get rid of that terribly designed ratio 6 carafe, and brews an even better batch.”
