“This was a nightmare to repackage with the materials Ratio sent for this purpose. The material you sent was not sized adequately for repackaging - and the coffee pot ion the sent packaging material was too bulky no matter how much we tried to finagle it. We ended up having to use safe contractor’s tape to force a slightly smaller packaging bulk profile so that the coffee maker would (just barely) fit into the interior box as well, then, that interior box to be dropped into the exterior (mailing) box. Every experience we have had thus far as regards Ratio has been just so, so bad. So much so I have run out of words (and energy) to give anymore beyond this.”
