“I had no issues with packing up my Ratio 8, but was slightly annoyed that I needed to send the power cord. Power cords are ubiquitous and it seems like a waste to pack one up and ship it around especially considering the possibility that it might scratch the machine in some way. Otherwise, the packing was great!”
“Ratio makes it very easy…they do everything for you to ensure that your coffee maker is shipped back to them safely and correctly. The inner shipping box is fitted out for a snug fit and the outer box is clean and fits perfectly. A shipping label is included. This is the second time I have had to ship a machine back for repair, and I feel confident that it will arrive in Portland in perfect condition.”
