After spending years as a box hoarder, I purged/ recycled all my boxes the last time I moved. It's great to be able to get an original shipping box for my Ratio and a prepaid shipping label when needed. Awesome!

I sent in my Ratio 8 machine for some warranty work, and the team at Ratio could not have been more helpful. The service was quick and the communication was great. I wanted to share this so those that are investing in a Ratio machine knows that they take good care of you after your initial purchase. Great machine, great company!

very nice packaging. well organized. instructions clear. only this that was a little bothersome was having to pay $40 for shipping/label on a product I have already spent $600+ dollars on. I still believe in you guys however. please keep up the good work.

It seemed expensive to pay over 45$ to ship my coffee maker back for warranty service. It doesn’t seem clear on the website weather I have to buy your packaging or If I could have sent it back with the original packaging the machine came in. I haven’t hear any confirmation that you have received the machine, or if it is being repaired, It would be nice to have a verification that the machine has arrived back at your factory and is being worked on thank you so much and we really love this coffee maker, just missing having it at our home!!

Hi Sam, Your coffee maker arrived at our HQ today in fact! You will receive a notice shortly from our team that it's been received and is going into the service queue. We do include a sticker on the original packaging advising to keep it for future use, and you're always welcome to use whatever shipment method you'd like to return it to us. Please advise anything else we can help with, and we'll work to get you back to brewing ASAP!
